Scale Plan

Yes, you can change memberships at will and the price will automatically recalculate for the rest of the billing period. The difference in price will be applied to your next bill.
It's up to you. We will alert you when you've hit any limit and you will no longer be able to use that feature unless you choose to scale to the next tier. The alert is going to allow you to do that very easily.
The limits are always applied on the owner accounts. The members you invite are not impacted at all. Consider this scenario. You create a project and give someone else enough rights to add tasks. This means you're the only one that might need higher limits while your workers would not be required to upgrade.

Yes, but we're sorry to see you go! We're continually improving our software, so if there's any chance we can make it up to you, please get in touch with us. While there might be some third-party services with country limits, this does not impact the bigger portion of the platform. Collabos is designed to help people and organizations all over the globe do work better whether everyone is in the same building or scattered to different places.
We strongly believe in pricing per usage rather than how many people are using those resources.
You will never hear us claim this because we want you to decide for yourself, but the term we use when talking about Collabos is "different." We're here to challenge the status quo and bring collaboration to the 21st century. Many companies have their own approach. We're doing it differently with the goal to help companies waste less time while increasing overall productivity, positively affecting the bottom line in the end.
